When do you put up your Christmas decor? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

It varies for me from year to year depending on how I feel but I usually put up all my Christmas decorations and tree on Thanksgiving day or the day before Thanksgiving.

I try to put it up the Sunday before Thanksgiving although it probably never happens. Always later. Last year, we had to buy a new tree as the one we had was old and by the time we ordered one and it got here, it was December 15 before we put it up.

Usually around Thanksgiving, but since my mom passed away... I haven't been in the mood to put-up Christmas stuff.

But once me and my brother find a new place... I may put a tree up.

we don't got christmas tree!! but my grand papa before he died he made this sculpture tree it hangs on the wall in our living room!! & my mom just decorate it!!

Usually Black Friday, day after thanksgiving. I think though there are certain decorations for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas you can combine, I consider Halloween to be the kick-off of the holiday season.

I'm going to try the Christmas Decorators this year - they bring them, put
them up and take them down - inside AND out, if you want. Sounds good to
me. It will be a nice change. We'll see . . .
