Did cartoon voice actor Michael Bell get replaced on Rugrats?
When I was watching Rugrats a minute ago I noticed that the voice of Angelica's father sounded different and so it makes me think that Michael Bell got replaced by another voice actor on Rugrats. Was Michael Bell still on Rugrats when the cartoon ended?

Michael Bell has voiced drew Pickles in every episode of Rugrats as well as all Grown up and the movies. Only childhood flashbacks he is voiced by Pamela Adlon.
