OMG THAT WAS GREAT!! Sorry for all caps but that was so progressive. I don't remember that and I was born in '55. I wonder if Lumpy was trying to do that at Party Spoilers. If you were born in mid 40's early 50's you must have had a great time going from ballroom dance to really dancing. That Nitty Gritty was fab.

The only time we see anyone let loose is Beaver twisting in his room and that was so cringeworthy!! I never saw Eddie swinging but he might have in Party Spoilers.

I can see Ward and June doing the Nitty Gritty like the couple upfront.
