She was so good in the pipchicks episode and had chemistry with the rest of the cast. And she would have been very good as Dr. Bellows' superior. Much better than Gen Schaefer, who was too much of a stuffed shirt type - Peterson was much more believable as a veteran officer. Schaefer seemed like he belonged working in a bank.

She was busy working on Ghost and Mrs. Muir in the late 60s, so it wouldn't have been possible even if they had considered it.

that would have been great, never cared for Schaefer especially that ep with his hippy daughter.
