Billy Ocean
Born in Trinidad singer Billy Ocean became one of the most popular singers of the 80's and grew to become known for singing ballads such as Suddenly There Will Be Sad Songs To Make You Cry Love Zone and fun songs such as When The Going Gets Tough The Tough Get Going and Caribbean Queen No More Love On The Run and even released albums in the 90's and Billy Ocean should make a comeback to the music scene because he does deserve a comeback album
