me my mom & dad just going to stay home & relax!! my brother went with his wife to alabama they should be back tuesday!! is any one doing any thing special for labor day? is any one off work for labor day? is any one going to any cook outs on labor day?

I am planning on staying and hiding in my bedroom. Labor Day around my area is a mad house. Everywhere (the beaches, the freeways, etc.) are going to be HORRIBLE

I haven't heard from my sister, my brother has to work, and I dunno what my dad wants to do.

This to me is the WORST Labor Day I ever had! My mom has been dead for almost a year, I tried to get my friends to go to Summer events...but failed for the 5th time, and since I'm carless... I couldn't go out this weekend!

I have a short workday too this afternoon. My Husband's off today, so we will be going out for dinner after I get off work.

In the meantime, I'm catching some of the Welcome back Kotter marathon on Antenna!

We spent Labor Day afternoon with my Aunt Kay at her nursing home
in Fayetteville, Tennessee.

We went to the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri for several days over the Labor Day weekend. My husband did some fishing and we hiked some trails and visited a couple of nearby towns. It was nice to get away for awhile.
