i am looking for a workout program on tv called classical stretch by Miranda esmonde white I'll take any format dvd,avi what ever you have complete or partial.

my wife likes the show and I can't seem to record it off the tv ap on my computer it comes out choppy or the audio doesn't record right it would just be easier to put the avi files on my video player for her or even dvds.
