In the 90's Hanna Barbera debuted a cartoon series called Timeless Tales that was based on a exclusive deal with Hallmark Stores and each episode was hosted by singer Olivia Newton-John who would appear in a live action intro telling children about the fairy tales featured in the episodes and the episodes would come from a book in a magic attic that featured an adorable talking teddy bear. It is not known whether this cartoon series was based on a line of dolls or other toys made by Hallmark but is one of the most wonderful Hanna Barbera cartoon series ever made

With the passing of Olivia-Newton John yesterday i'm surprised few Olivia Newton-John fans know that she hosted the Timeless Tales By Hallmark animated series. Because I thought the series was wonderful when I was a child when I rented one of the videos and Olivia did the hosting job so well she was like a princess. And some of the videos used celebrity voice talents in the series such as actress Linda Purl which I thought was so cool
