Cookie Fund. Boys selling cookies. Judy butts in looking for 3 packs of raisin cookies and has a dollar. They don't have change and she buys 2. She says "You better not eat any cookies or I'll tell Miss Landers."

What a sweetheart. Just saw the last half of the episode but I don't recall that scene either.

Anytime Beaver was involved in anything where he had to handle money it never turned out well!

I kind of thought it fitting that for all Judy's kissing up, Miss Landers actually seemed to just tolerate her while she genuinely liked Beaver!

Miss Landers was a professional teacher who would have never openly played favorites . However; I couldn't help thinking that she would not have truly wanted anything to do with Judy had she not been a student of hers that she was required to teach.

You can definitely see Miss Landers' impatience sometimes when Judy tries to kiss up to her.

In the episode where Beaver tells his classmates he's moving, and then it falls through, Miss Landers firmly says, "Sit down, Judy!" I wish she'd have added, "You're on my last nerve!"

I think that's the only time Miss Landers yells at Judy. Judy's mouth once again starts up after Miss Landers has told her to erase the board and be quiet. I'm surprised 5 kids didn't get Judy after school in a back alley and rough her up a little. However I don't think there were too many back alleys in Mayfield.

Wouldn't they take her to Rudscur's (sp) field and rough her up there? Or is it Metzger's filed.

It's Metzger Field. If it ever happened to Judy, I think she'd give 'em a run for their money.
