Default Unsolved Mysteries now Available on Hulu!

In case you missed it, Season One of UM has now been added to Hulu's lineup as well.

Looks like you can also watch "Season 14," whatever that is. Looks to be a bunch of Farina eps.

I just noticed on Hulu, there are three "specials" as episodes. However these are not the Pre-Stack episodes. This gives me some hope that I may perhaps one day see Don Kemp's case streaming...

I'm glad to see FilmRise making good on their word about bringing UM to more streaming platforms beyond just Amazon Prime Video. Hopefully Netflix will pick it up by year's end. That would be a game changer.

Anyone else have trouble accessing this on the Apple TV 4? It works fine through my phone and the tivo version of Hulu, just not Apple TV.

It's neat how Hulu organizes the show based on it's production schedule.

There are 21 Episodes in Season One on Hulu (plus) 3 Special Episodes.

On Amazon, there are 24 Episodes in Season One, no episodes are classified as Specials.

Even though, the show did begin air as Specials on NBC in 1987, before debuting as a series in 1988.

Season 14 on Hulu consists of the first 56 of the 175 Farina Hosted Episodes. On Amazon, this would be known as Season 1 & 2 (plus) the first 12 episodes of Season 3 of the Farina era.

As much as would like Netflix to get UM, I don't see it happening.

Netflix has become very (almost too much imo) focused on producing Original Programming while Hulu (if you read the Sitcoms Online Blog) has been on a rampage lately when acquiring Classic TV Shows. (I'm looking forward to seeing "Full House" and "Family Matters" in Sept.)

Yes, Netflix will give & take away a few old movies every month, but besides their huge contract with Disney and a huge streaming deal with the NBC Sitcom "Friends" then it's pretty tough going if you have Netflix and only want to watch Classic TV. (including Crime Shows)

You make great points. I don't see it going there either. I do believe that we will see them on YouTube for free at some point like the remake version.

I just discovered it! I am thankful for any Stack episodes at all. A good idea is to communicate with Hulu and ask them to add more seasons in the future.

Well, it would be nice, but I've already paid for a year-long Amazon Prime membership, so personally, it's irrelevant to me if it ends up on other streaming sites.

Filmrise has been adding tons of Forensic Files to Netflix so I wouldn't be surprised at all if UM will end up there as well.

It would probably be dirt cheap compared to something like "Full House" as I imagine there is a tiny fraction of the audience for something like that.

Considering they post episodes on Youtube as well, I imagine Filmrise's rates must be incredibly low.
