I'm angry at my bank...at least one branch!
I went to my bank awhile ago to cash a check and have half of it be sent to my savings account. Twice already, the tellers didn't know what the hell they were doing! Usually, it would take me a couple of minutes to get my money transferred, but it took over 5-10 minutes (I didn't count how long) but they needed the manager because my dad has a name that could be used as a male or female! But it took so ****ing long that once they got everything done...they said "sorry for the wait"...I almost told them to "give me back my check...I'll go to another branch"!
I shouldn't wait that long to get my money...that's the last time I go to that branch of my bank! |

So.... they made you wait and then they apologized for the wait. I'm not sure what you're still mad about.
I used to train bank tellers. I know everything they have to do, and usually when there's a long wait it's because they're being extra cautious and want to make certain they're doing things correctly. There are a lot of laws, and a lot of identity theft out there that I don't blame them for taking (by your account) 5 extra minutes. You can't wait an extra 5 minutes and accept the apology? Chill, dude. |
