Antenna TV has taken off Mr Belvedere on Mon-Sat and apparently will only be on Sunday. Gee golly thanks for letting it be on once a week! 👍

Yeah!! That s*cks!

Mr. Belvedere is a really good show that only has been on Antenna a couple of years! It should play a lot more than it does!!!

Like my One day at a time. That only was on Antenna less than two years and they totally took it off,

and now just put it back on, but only two eps on Sunday! It's better than nothing, but still!

At least ODAT is on Logo as well. I'm mainly upset cause "for whatever reason" the last 2 seasons of Mr Belvedere aren't on DVD and I doubt ever will be.

Yeah I'm upset too and yet Antenna TV prefers to air double episodes of Evening Shade and Dear John, two shows that arent even popular enough to have a cult following.

Yeah!! And Becker too which isn't even an old show, as was discussed in another thread!

Dear John at least is pretty funny,

Evening shade and Becker are NOT IMO!!

I hate Ted Danson's guts now lol. IMO half of the weekly shows are crap, while a great like Mr B gets the shaft.

Never say never. I had a good friend tell me that Rhoda and Mr. Belvedere sold poorly and it was thought they would never see completion, but Shout Factory has now released all 5 seasons of Rhoda. So, if Shout put out the entire series of Rhoda, maybe now they'll take a look at Mr. Belvedere and give those last 2 seasons a go? You never know.

I encourage everyone here to email Shout Factory with your support for releasing the remaining 2 seasons (5 and 6) of Mr. Belvedere. Be encouraging, but also please be polite---remember, we want them to want to release them for us.

I got this reply from Shout... I can't figure out how to attach a pic but they said the issue is the licenser, not them.

Indeed, Shout! Factory can only do so much. At the end of the day, the final decision regarding Mr. Belvedere's final two seasons on DVD ultimately rests with 20th Century Fox.

I'm not a huge fan of the marathons but I much prefer Laff over Antenna because they don't crunch credits. I just wish they would get some better shows. The only one I really watch on there is Empty Nest.

Mr. Belvedere is a great show but 4AM was a lousy slot, I never got to see it there. I am hoping with their September overhaul they will return it to a weekday afternoon slot like it started with.
