Default Damm, I had no idea the schedule for Antenna TV changed in primetime

They have put Three's Company at 5pm and now have a 4 hour block of Norman Lear Shows

6pm-Good Times
7pm-Jeffersons
8pm-Sanford and Son
9pm-All in the Family

I like the move to take off 227 at 8pm but that's when I thought Three's Company still came on at 9pm

There's a post about it someplace here, but they get bumped down pretty quick!

They also have the Partridge Family back on at 4 pm. There were no other changes on weekdays.

Archie Bunkers Place would have been better than All in the Family

Guess those 4 shows will be in syndication until I am 89 years old

I hate Good Times and Sanford and Son

I like them, esp. Sanford and son is hilarious , but they are WAY overplayed on Antenna! I think we all would appreciate them more if they were given a rest sometime!

Both have been on cable or digital TV every year since 2003.

I remember in 2002 when I started watching Good Times again I was excited because it was my first time seeing it since 1989

Yup I think I went the whole decade of the 90's without seeing it and then in 2002 I remember TBS airing good times a few months after I joined this site

It was like it was new all over again.

That sh*t stale and rusty now. But like my mom said the people who are watching it now are those who were not born yet in 2002/2003

Yeah your Mom's right! These shows could be first run for younger people! Also I watch them sometimes still along with other old shows that play a lot like All in the Family even if I'm tired of them because they are like "comfort shows" ! We are really familiar with them and we know EVERY SCENE and EVERYTHING that is going to happen word for word!

The fact that Sanford and Son and GT have only 5 to 6 seasons, it gets hard to watch over and over.

Well atleast Welcome Back Kotter is coming in the fall but I don't know the timeslot yet

I was watching that in 2002 also on TV LAND

Yeah! Mr. Belvedere was only on a short time on Antenna , not played to death!!! I LOVE Mr. Belvedere! That was a treat seeing that being brought back by Antenna, I really liked it first run! However like you said Antenna didn't treat it so well. Bad time slots or hardly not on at all!
