Default Eddie's Antics

What's the worst thing Eddie did?

Try to destroy Beaver's friendship with Chuey

Change Beaver's math grade

Have Lumpy order ice cream to a slumber party

Try to cheat on a test and accuse Wally of stealing

Pretend to be hypnotized and scare Beaver

Anything else?

I agree about Eddie's grade changing prank. It really caused great turmoil in the Cleaver household. I am surprised that June and Ward still let Eddie come over to their house after that stunt.

I agree with the grade change as being his worst, second would be Chuey.

The grade change thing is the absolute worst. Next would be the attempt to cheat. We never heard if he was punished by the school for that, but he should have been suspended for it (along with Lumpy).

The others were mean pranks.

Let's see...he convinced Beaver to answer the modeling company letter, I think he got Beaver to send for the accordion, he managed to let his dog loose to scare Puff Puff up a tree, his dog ripped Beaver's pants, he traded a long tall girl to Wally for a date, he bought a vest with money Wally repaid, which was to go to Eddie's father, he parked a wedding guest's car in a no parking zone....

Wow you covered it. Eddie was worse than Larry. He was dangerous.

Trying to scare Wally and Beaver's friends with a record of animal noises when they were camping in the woods.

All the above stunts Eddie did make it all the more frustrating that Ward decided to be a wet blanket on the one time Wally chose to retaliate against Eddie and Lumpy (dumping melted ice cream on them after they conspired to get him fired from the soda shop after faking that call to the slumber party). I mean, would Wally having ended their 'friendship' been truly a bad thing?

No, Ward should have gone along with that, IMO.

I think the report card antic was the most egregious. Although Ward never liked any of Eddie's stunts, this was the only time I ever saw him threaten to banish Eddie. Eddie was definitely on the fast track to becoming a juvenile delinquent, and if it weren't for Ward and Wally, Eddie would have easily become one.

Too bad Beaver listened to Eddie. He was convinced they were going to put Ward in jail over the library book all because of Eddie. It seemed to cost Ward and Beaver some dough, accordion and modeling contract.

How about the practical joke pulling off Lump's back axle? Eddie's idea.
