Some guy with a history of sexual offences against women & children. Only problem is he isn't really a new suspect as his DNA was previously checked against the DNA at the scene & there was no match. Seems to be his ex-wife having a vendetta/selling a story, he is currently 14 years into a 32 year sentence for his crimes.
