I have the first 4 seasons on DVD. I'm hoping to pick this up.

Hope they plan on releasing seasons 5-9 individually because I already saw all the way up to season 8 on Netflix before they pulled it.

I doubt it. Mill Creek has been known to only release one or two seasons of a show then release a complete series set without ever releasing the remaining seasons individually.
