With all the rebooted game shows coming soon or being worked on. What game show would you wanna bring back? Weather it be $10,000 Pyramid, Hollywood Squares, or Figure It Out.
Personally I would love to see Supermarket Sweep make a return. With a honorable mention to a show I watched with my friends, Nickelodeon Arcade. I guess I always liked the interactive game shows. Though I do like Family Fued and Hollywood Game Night. |

This might be slightly off topic but I made a thread about this show a while ago but, I will copy and paste it here.
Would this game thrive in the HD era if it was shown today? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tic-Tac-Dough I am going by the game board alone and not anything else like new host etc. I am picturing that game board in 2017 would look as good as the Jeopardy game board looks today. I think I would like to see this show rebooted and I might want to see what the game board would look like today. |

I'm sorry for starting this thread then.
But to get on topic. I believe Tic Tac Dough could work in a 2017-2018 market. Obviously the board would need a new update. Much like Love Connection has done. I would totally watch it if they could revamp it for the times. Which is what I wanna see Jeopardy do. But I understand that they're more about the game than presentation. I could only imagine they would just use one big screen with a animation instead of the individual. Again it could work if handled properly and promoted correctly. |

Don't apologize.
But that is a good fantasy reboot. I'm sure it would do better than a rebooted Supermarket Sweep. |

Personally I'd like to see Scrabble, Hollywood Squares, and Name That Tune brought back. Maybe a new version of Password too. I wish I liked the new version of Match Game but I hate Alec Baldwin and I won't watch anything involving him. I'll never understand why they picked that jerk to host the new version! There might a few more I'd like to see brought back too, I'll have to think about it.

One show that should be brought back is You Don't Say!. The original version put Tom Kennedy on the map as a game show host and it was popular with kids who came home from school as well as the original Match Game with Gene Rayburn. It's been off the air for almost 40 years and given the right host, producers and execution toward the original celebrity/contestant format, You Don't Say is ripe for a revival.
