When Wally told Ward and June about her, what did he call her? An (hem and haw) operator? If this show was made today, what would he have called her?
I didn't see the whole episode today. What was that other funny line, Wally to Beaver, something like--You're in the pony leagues, she's battin' in the World Series. Also: (Gilbert: "What's that? A sheepdog? Beaver: "No, it's Whitey Whitney!") Another good set of lines... |

I wonder if the seniors knew about Mary-Margaret. As I recall from a song Mary probably wound up like Mary Hill who used to hang out in Cherry Hill Park. I think she would be called anything but an operator. Imagine Wally using words like hussy, trollop or vamp. Words June would have saved for Marlene.
