HDL Diet
Okay...I have some cholesterol issues and my doctor recommended me to eat more HDL foods like fish, olive oil, nuts, avocados, and not eat bread, meat, cheese, trans-fats, and cut-down beer...I can have wine.
Any good HDL recipes out there? I'll be eating those for the week. |
