The Grady spinoff was released on DVD and the show had 10 episodes. But one of the episodes are missing. Plus the price is $30 for a incomplete series with no explanation.

Has this ever happened before?

I have no answer. I have heard of a destroyed episode of the Joey Bishop show, which had an impressionist, Vaughn Meader, who did impressions of President Kennedy. This was filmed before his assassination, and the film was reportedly destroyed, according to Wikipedia. It would have been a third season episode, which isn't on DVD.

I can sympathize--I'm looking for a missing episode of Flipping Vegas (Redneck House), and can't find it anywhere.

That show called Grady was released by Sony and it seems all of their releases has always been dog sh*T
