Confused Dogs, Dogs, Dogs

Can you name the episode(s) where we see a dog with these names? Also who owned the dog?

1. Oscar

2. Wolf (2 episodes)

3. Chief

4. Captain Jack

5. Poncho

6. Archie

Can you name another dog?

1. Oscar - Larry's dog - The Bring You Pet to School Day ep. (don't ask me to spell the breed!)

2. Wolf (2 episodes) - Eddie's dog - one ep. is where Wolf rips Beaver's pants--need help on the other ep.

3. Chief - Mr. Gus's Dalmatian. Nobody Loves Me.

4. Captain Jack - the dog mom and dad gave the Beaver to replace the alligator, then we never saw that dog again.

5. Poncho - from Beaver and Poncho, a lady's lost little dog

6. Archie - Gilbert's dog, from the Bootsie ep.

Need help on another dog. Oh...just thought of one. In the ep. where Beaver gets his head stuck in the fence, a dog keeps after him. Strikes me Beaver calls him a name, but that I can't come up with, so still need help!

Can you name another dog?

Good answers. Only other one is Wolf. He was in Cat Out of the Bag too. There was another dog in Beaver and Ivanhoe he talks to an Airedale on the street but don't remember his name. That dog who licks Beaver's face when he's caught in the fence doesn't have a name.

Yeah. Odd episode (off topic)--I was wondering why the Beaver would be spooked and run when all he did was see his image in the mirror.

I found it weird how they could think Miss Cooper was a witch. Ward really didn't have much tact talking about Beaver thinking she was a witch and seeing all those horror movies. If he could see Vampire Valley and Voodoo Curse how could he be so scared of a woman. Of course it was to show how foolish you can be by believing what people say about people.

I think we've seen Archie in another episode besides Bootsie Wootsie. It's another dog, and maybe in Nobody Loves Me.

Archie was so cute the way he hangs his head, drops his tail and walks home when Beaver said ‘Go home Archie.’

Right, a well-trained dog for once.

Alfred the dog belongs to Mr. Johnson, the night watchman at Grant Avenue Grammar School in the episode "Beaver's Crush"

Good one. Another pooch. Not to be confused with Alfred Hansen who stands by the fireplace smoking a pipe. There are dogs, dogs, dogs following Beaver the bunny.

That’s right a dog named Archie is in Nobody Loves Me. Beaver talks to him.
Same dog is in Beaver and Ivanhoe with no name.

Not weird at all. I grew up on horror movies, and they would have just given fuel to my imagination of things to be scared of, I would have been right there with Beaver, hearing all of the creepy stories of the house, and thinking of all the scary things I'd seen in the horror movies, I would have thought the lady was a witch too.
Heck, there was a time I was afraid to go down in our basement family room if none of the family was down there and it was dark, I'd be thinking of all the creepy horror movies I'd seen with basements and cellars.

Ward handled the witch lady badly. He should have just stuck with the scared-of-the-old-house story. No need to tell her Beaver thought she was a witch.

By the way I've heard MeTV is now skipping this episode. Bad stereotypes of witches maybe?

Are you kidding? Skipping Haunted House? Last year they played Haunted House and Voodoo Magic on Halloween. Or maybe it was Beaver, the Hypnotist.

OK that may be why they skipped it (if they did). I know I didn't see it, and somebody posted on FB that it wasn't on.

I can't imagine the witch lobby cares what's on MeTV.

We'll see what happens on Halloween.
