There was a case about the haunted mansion/hotel in Santa Fe. The whole case itself wasn't scary, but there was a scene in it where a hotel worker comes around the corner into the hotel bathroom and sees the woman's (forget her name) face in the mirror. I saw it when I was only a child and it scared the crap out of me. Even 20 years later I would have to think long and hard whether I want to watch that episode when it comes to Amazon lol

1. I-70 Killer--creepy composite
2. Phillip Fraiser--even more creepy composites
3. Anything involving children being murdered--I can't watch these segments at all.
4. Blind River Rest Stop--CREEEPY
5. Omar Arsonist. I admit, that voice creeped me out as a kid!

The one with the guy found dead in a steamer trunk (Jasper Watkins). Both the autopsy photo and computer rendering give me the creeps to where I have panic attacks.

When I first seen it, it started off creepy, then it just became goofy as hell. Like the dude and his kid finding the tapes and watching it only to see houses being set on fire was creepy, but I started laughing when I heard his voice.

It sounded like he was masturbating and laughing while looking at the fire. I couldn't take it seriously.

Same here. I remember seeing it on reruns in the 90s and I never found it frightening. It was obvious to me it was some teenager. I understand the fire investigator taking it so seriously, and that's probably a reflection of how serious the guy is. He goes through all the possible scenarios for the tape... except a messed up kid getting his jollies. I wonder if UM might've just edited that part out.

Although I have to thank that segment for my username.

Haha, that's a good question. But that's what makes this disturbing, and not creepy to me is the fact that a kid is getting aroused setting fires. It's not a serial killer, some cult, just a mentally disturbed kid who's getting off to fire.

Before the update it could be very scary for people since that building could have been filled with innocent victims burning alive

I get that, and I get that it was creepy to some people, but my point was that I found his voice goofy. I'm not trying to make light of the case, I'm just saying why I didn't find it creepy.
