i think it was at least referred to, when she started that business making cupcakes or muffins ?

this is supposed to be the one about the muffins

watch it, and tell me if they give the info that you are looking for

if this is not it, do you recall anything else about the episode - i am in the process of watching the entire series, so if you give me a clue, i may get you closer !!

Thank you! I will check that episode. I don't remember too much about the episode, but just that she lists about three or four college degrees that she has, I think one was business or economics. I initially thought she said it when she was going to go back to college at some point in the series, but I'm not sure.

i am pretty sure that she went back to college after she made the muffins

if i recall, there were a few episodes about the muffins, before she actually started making them

the reason why i think it is part of the "muffin episodes" is that i somewhat recall the conversation

the one i gave you is probably the one where she is actually making them, but i suspect what you are looking for is when the idea first pops up

the rest of the family is all surprised that she could do anything but be a mother, and then she tells them what she had done, etc.

and then goes on to want to prove it to herself and her family

when annie decides to go back to college, the main source of conflict was eric worried that she would not be able to handle everything - so probably the twins were already born

i am pretty sure she was making the muffins before the twins - because it was an almost all day job for her, and no way she could do that while taking care of the twins
