Which episode or episodes is it where Wesley pours water in Heather's face?
She pours a cake batter over his head. It is in the opening sequence.In the 80's sitcoms they usually showed scenes from episodes at the beginning of the show.

The former scene is from season 2, episode 24 "The Will." The latter scene is from season 2, episode 28 "Dinner for Two."

Yeah if I'm remembering correctly Heather is ranting hysterically about something and Wesley throws water on her face saying something along the lines of "snap out of it".

What Heather was ranting about was how George and Marsha could have been frozen to death while getting lost coming home from Cousin Harry's funeral.
