Disney XD to debut Saturday Anime Block - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

In April Disney XD will launch a morning block of anime cartoons on Saturday Mornings called Disney XD Anime Block and will consist of the following cartoons,
1. Pokemon
2. Beyblade Burst
3. Pokemon XY The Series
4. Yo Kai Watch
I think this is a smart move for Disney XD to do because a lot of cartoon fans like Pokemon and other favorites and based on the success of this block I think Disney will think about making their own anime cartoons and perhaps having more successful cartoons added to Disney XD in the future

I highly doubt Disney will produce anime. The only anime ever to be produced based off of one of their properties was the Lilo and Stitch anime that has never been broadcast outside of Japan, and in that case the property was licensed by a different company and not produced by Disney themselves. Id prefer to see them broadcast some of the English dubbed anime that is airing on Disney XD Malaysia and nowhere else in the world, like Marvel Disk Wars or Heroman. Or some of the Japanese live action superhero series they are airing in English, like Ryukendo and Kamen Rider Decade.
