I mean was that the only diner in Santa Monica? And then he decides to fight his former boss in court so he could get his job back and when Furley was going to help him by saying he was GAY, Jack covers his mouth?

Jack had every right to be upset about losing his job because of sexual harassment. The judge for the case sucked. Jack never did get any justice.

He did that because he couldn't lie under oath in the court room. If he let Furley say that he's gay, Jack would have to back him up and therefore purger himself. Besides, it does not matter if he's gay or not. That lady boss from the diner did sexually harass him.

A couple nights ago when I watched this episode I never knew the boss was the one who made Jack spill chicken noodle soup on that guy by pinching him on the a$$ LOL
