WANT: Dinner & A Movie (TBS Show) - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hello all!

If you aren't familiar with this show, I am referring to this: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0361169/

I am primarily focused on getting the episodes from the '90s and early '00s.

This is a long shot, but I have been all over the place trying to find anyone with episodes of this show. I would settle for just the segments, but with the movies would be great too considering the TV cuts are different than the theatrical cuts.

Obviously, there can never really be any official releases of this content, so I fear it will end up lost to time!

If anyone has this, or any suggestions for for me to look, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

the closest I can get right now is some movies from TBS from late 1999. One of which has a Dinner and a Movie promo playing throughout it!

The format of D&aM is that its just TV versions of movies with segments during the breaks, so maybe thats one episode?

If so you are the first person to even have a single episode ive been in contact with.

I have this one.

TBS Dinner & A Movie - Footloose W/O/C 8.1996 also has an additional commercial for a future episode 'Urban Cowboy'.

Well seems like we have tracked down two total then lol.

I am contacting some people who posted a spare segment or two on youtube, to see if they have anything.

I have a halloween special dinner and a movie, "Carrie" Im assuming its from 98 or 99. Includes commercials and the cut of the film is completely different from the theatrical version.

I want all of these you guys have simply because we should be archiving this stuff.

Though to be honest, not quite sure how the trading system works around here? Is it all physical goods? Is it digital?

I'd assume you guys have most everything in my collection atm.

I'm interested in all of these, so if anyone has Dinner & a Movie episodes W/O/C/, message me and I'll put together a trade list. All of my content is also digitized at this point, but I'll be happy to burn, put it on drive, upload, transfer, or walk the episodes to your very front door. :O

It'd be helpful I knew what you were interested in, as well, as I have over 6 TB of content at this point. I've already had one successful trade on the board, so let's go for another.

Some of my W/O/C content:

TGIF blocks from early 90's
Four or five Adult Swim blocks from 2005
A few ABC blocks
First episode of Police Squad!
Around six months' worth of SNICK blocks
An NBC Main Event WWF from Feb 1988

...and most every Nickelodeon show of any note. And I have access to or sources for most everything else. Dinner and a Movie is one of three shows I'm actively searching for (Supermarket Sweep, and Shop til You Drop being the other two).
