I never thought that Farina was worse than Stack per se, but it was the vibe the producers were obviously attempting during the Farina re-edit that I didn't I didn't like.

Stack was the perfect host of the spooky vibe of the original though.

Stack was the perfect host of the spooky vibe of the original though.

Stack had a good voice for the show. You wanna know who else I think would be good for that role who has a spooky voice. WWE's very own The Undertaker.

The Undertaker was set to be the host of the re-boot in 2008 but due to a dispute with CM (he wanted to host the re-boot while wearing his wrestling garb but they wouldn't let him), he was passed over and Dennis Farina was eventually chosen as the new host.

They were considering doing the "Live From The Telecenter" thing again in the re-boot (Bearer, in fact, auditioned with Undertaker) and tried out Bearer, but due to the awkwardness and discomfort the crew and extras felt when around him, he was also passed up.

Thank God the Undertaker didn't host the show. Forgive me for saying this, but a pro wrestler would be a terrible choice as an UM host.

I made that stuff up. It would be funny if it really happened, though.

This goes to show: never trust strangers' claims on the internet. It starts out with (possibly) buying into make-believe anecdotes, than it can turn into something more elaborate like fraud, and then the worst and most sinister of all, murder.
