In 1997 legendary game show host Wink Martindale made a successful comeback to the game show world by hosting the game show Debt which gave contestants a chance to pay off their debt while answering fun trivia questions then one contestant got to play a special bonus round which involved the contestant choosing to answer questions in a special category based on their favorite subject in pop culture. Debt also won the CableAce Award for Favorite Game Show too. It's a shame that Lifetime lost interest in game shows after Debt was cancelled and started focusing on reality shows reruns of sitcoms and movies. Because Lifetime had some awesome game shows such as Supermarket Sweep Rodeo Drive Shop Til You Drop Born Lucky and Debt were so fun to watch. Debt was also created by producer Michael Davies who also created Who Wants To Be A Millionaire for ABC

I remember Wink Martindale's line "All questions on Debt take the "I am, you are" format."
