Ever since the new episodes of Elena Of Avalor debuted I've noticed that Disney Channel is making Elena be a positive role model to appeal to girls of all ages and I would like to know why this is? Is it because Disney Channel is trying to gain a more popular fanbase by adding more girls oriented cartoons to it's lineup or is it because Elena Of Avalor has gotten more popular than ever? Take for instance I have seen a commercial with Elena Of Avalor that features the tagline " Step Up Your Dreams With Princess Elena" and is accompanied by a music video of a song called Stepping Up and when I saw this commercial I think Disney Channel is trying to make Elena Of Avalor really huge especially since she's the first Disney Channel princess in history. What is your take on this? Do you think Elena Of Avalor has gotten a new image with these new episodes?
