I would like to ask Sitcoms Online members:What do you think of "Non-Compete Clauses"? You often hear about such a clause if an employee were to leave a particular company. They are very common among commercial radio stations and television stations, especially for radio personalities and television personalities working for media conglomerates. For example, if a radio or television personality quits, or is laid off or fired from one station in the media market they work in, they cannot work for another competing station in the same market until their contract with their former employing station expires.
