Per IMDb : In 1944 a patrol of American soldiers, after having been driven off their observation post by German troops, tries to make it back through enemy-occupied territory to the safety of their own lines with a partisan girls, and with the Germans in hot pursuit.

If the movie were made in the 1950's, I'd be curious to see what she looked like, but 1964 is only a couple of years before Star Trek so there wouldn't be much of a difference.
