Default Will Antenna TV and/or Decades be available for streaming online

I am saying this because I don't have those stations where I live.

Default I sure hope so

I sure hope so because I would like to have backup streams in case I ever lose Antenna TV here.

I don't have Decades either and wish I did.

I'm hoping there will be a chain reaction from MeTV's stream and Sinclair's 3 streams like McDonalds's WiFi was.

Once McDonalds said "Free WiFi", it seemed many other chains jumped on the bandwagon, so I hope other stations will see MeTV, TBD, Charge!, and Comet streaming and go "Wow we better start streaming to compete!".

I am curious how these stations will do ads eventually on the streams. So far I see no ads in the MeTV stream and Sinclair seems to mostly have ads right before the stream starts in the form of a web page ad not in the video stream.

Where is MeTV streaming? I don't see that anywhere. I hope Buzzr starts streaming because it is on a very weak low powered station in Memphis where I live and very hard to get.

Right now MeTV is only letting their Android & iOS Apps broadcast live for Chicago (or phone that thinks it's in Chicago).

They stated on Facebook they plan to have it nationally soon.

It's not perfect yet as some shows say "Episode not available for streaming" such as The Love Boat, Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley, and originally Carol Burnett but Carol has been broadcasting since.

This is why I got KODI. On KODI, I can watch TV series and movies from any year in any era and I can see live TV channels from anywhere in the world, including Canada, the US, and Europe. The only channels I can't get just happen to be the ones I want to see: Antenna TV, ME-TV, Cozi, Retro TV, and Decades. I can't find any of them anywhere!

Default Whisper of a Dream

I dare to dream of the day that all networks such as The Justice Network, Escape, Laff, Antenna TV, Retro TV, and others all broadcast online.

My area I can't enjoy The Justice Network at all.

I do have Escape and Laff on a local station but can't receive it at all via OTA being in a valley and my cable co Atlantic Broadband and Comcast refuse to reach cable carriage deals.

That would be the most insane Kodi setup ever if you could have basically every diginet in list of channels.

Even though you have to prove cable co or pay, NBC, ABC, and CBS have live streams.

I may be delusional at the moment and not thinking logically of what will occur in the TV world.

I remembered one time where filmon had Me-TV stream for WJLA three years ago and that lasted until late summer 2014. I somehow doubt there would later on get Me-TV stream or Decades or Antenna TV stream. In Ft. Wayne we have Antenna, but don't have Decades nor Me-TV

I remember Filmon had live streams of MeTV, Antenna, and some other subchannels as well as CW and My Network and some other independent local networks. I hate that they are no longer there. Probably some stupid copyright bs.

Oh No

I'd like to see this as well...I could hook-up my antenna and converter boxes, but I don't get a strong signal half the time...so I gave up!

A few years ago Antenna TV was available for streaming. I remember streaming it to watch The Partridge Family and Too Close For Comfort. At some point after the streaming was no longer available I emailed someone at Antenna TV asking them about it and they said that streaming wasn't available.

The big broadcasters such as CBS, ABC, NBC I believe took Filmon to Court and Filmon was told only a cable-like company is permitted to put channels for rebroadcast.

This was shortly after the Aaero decision.

Filmon attempted repeatedly to achieve cable-co like status but were turned down by the courts.

I believe at one point they were going to try only broadcasting the subchannels without the main networks but even that didn't work out for them.

It would be awesome to have them as I watched Antenna TV from them before I finally got it in my area.

I would watch/record Decades, Escape, Laff, The Justice Network, and Retro TV all online happily.

SUCCESS AT LAST!!!!

Guess what folks? Great news!!! I have found a program on KODI (known as an add-on) where you can watch live TV from Canada and the US that actually includes Antenna TV AND Me-TV on live streaming!!! It is called Boom Boom TV and this is what you get, all for the price of a 2017 Ford Edsel:

Movie channels: Cinemax, Epix, HBO, Showtime, Starz + all of their "sister stations"

Sports channels from Canada, USA, and England: ESPN, ESPN2, all PAC 12 stations, SKY Sports, BEin Sports, TSN 1-5, and Sportsnet.

Premium sports packages from MLB, NBA, NFL (once the season starts) and, best of all, NHL Centre Ice.

Canadian networks (CBC, CTV, City, Global, CHCH) and cable stations (Comedy Gold, Deja View, PeachTree, GSN, Silver Screen Classics)

Now for the best part, the Entertainment section:

ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX - East and West live feeds
Antenna TV
Me-TV
COZI
Bounce
Buzzr
American Heroes
Get TV
ION
Escape
Movies!

....and a lot more that I'm sure you will love. But first you have to follow these instructions:

Download Kodi here

Install Boom Boom TV here

Instructional Video + Description

Now I can finally throw out my expensive antenna and watch the stuff I really want to see without paying for it! Let me know how you like it.

That's awesome for those who don't get Antenna or Me or the others! I'm so glad you can finally watch! Can you record as well or no?

There is a section called Set Up PVR where if you click on that link a little box will appear and read " x number of channels loaded". On the main Kodi menu you have different sections for TV, Movies, Music, and Video Add-Ons. In the TV or Live TV section, all of those channels will show up as a live TV Guide list. Just pick one and start watching. As for actual recording, I haven't tried it but I think you would need an account from your local cable company. I'm not going to worry about it. I'm just glad to be able to finally watch them.
