Angry Nick At Nite editied Jack's famous dance scene!!!

Damn! N@N never ceases to disappoint! It seems like I'm writing about their horrible edits at least once a week on the various message boards. And this one has got to be the worst so far. OK, now what comes to mind when you think of the episode where Janet takes Jack to an upper-class party and Jack has a bad reaction to the mixture of medicine and alcohol? ............ Of course, Jack's famous dance scene at the party!! So, which scene do you think N@N chooses to edit to make more time for commercials?? .... You guess it -- Jacks' dance scene! Unbelievable! They totally cut out the funny part where he rises up with the flower pot on his head. The clowns running N@N are clueless. Its bad enough they choose to skip over certain 'controversial' episodes for all their shows. Now they have to go and edit out the most memorable scenes of the episodes they *do* choose to show! ... NICK AT NITE SUCKS!!!!!!! What an awful, awful network. I will not rest until all of these great shows are made available on DVD ... every episode, UNEDITED! I can't stand what Nick At Nite is doing to the classics!

I hear ya. But the episodes on TNN are doing that as well. The only time TC (or any other classic show for that matter) were shown in their entirety was on the local stations.

No local stations air edited episodes also, they just edit them in different places then TNN and Nick-at-Nite. TC has not aired uncut since 1984 I believe.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. I guess you would have to tape the same TC episode twice on a local and cable station to get an uncut version.

It's had that bad edit ever since it first aired on Nick and I agree that it's very insulting knowing that scene has been butchered.

I hope the crack dealers who created commercials die in hell so that we can watch all our favorite shows uncut.

aghh!! TNN just did the same thing, but put in 2 more seconds than nick at nite did... tnn at least showed jack kiss the lampshade and light turn on, then skipped his dance and went immediately to the balcony... nick at nite edited it out where jack was about to kiss the lampshade, then went to the balcony... i've never seen his dance scene but the e original story showed a couple of seconds of it when he fell off something with the plant in his hand.. i want to see this episode uncut!
