it might be unlikely that I will get a response but maybe just maybe this special includes the orange peeling scene and the blooper where Art couldn't get through the door so he chose the window.

Seen it. Had it. These were Lost Episodes that have been released.

Ooooh, that explains it. Kinda odd that they would make different specials for different markets.
