My favorite has always been Howard Wolowitz. Not because his character has the same first name as mine. His haircut looks like a cross between Paul Reubens and a Beatle.

Amy Farrah-Fowler. I think the show would have gone stale after the first few seasons without the female nerds being added in. Many of the biggest laughs were due to Amy and her social awkwardness.
