I have not seen much of him lately and was wondering if he is alright. I know the Parkinson's is not going away, and he still has to take allot of meds to counter the tremors. I saw him in a few episodes of Boston Legal and he seemed to be handling that well, but that was awhile back too. Anyone got the latest on him?

I know you asked how he is doing.
He was in 26 episodes of The Good Wife from 2010-1016. He played a lawyer with Parkinson's Disease. He also was in a sitcom that was named after him, but that only lasted one season. It was hard to watch him on The Good Wife. His symptom's are very noticeable. I've also seen him in interviews on Talk shows. It's hard because he's a good person and good actor. He can't help the involuntary movements. It's hard not to compare how he is now from when he was on Family Ties. It's great that he stays positive despite what he goes through. He's also writen a few books. |

Fox was onstage with Seth Rogen during the recent Oscars. He looked fairly well, though it was obvious his lines were a bit difficult for him; I'm assuming that's why they had Rogen do most of the talking, though I don't know for sure.
It is hard to see him struggle, but hats off to him for his strength. I had an uncle who died of Parkinson's in the middle 1970s; it's remarkable how far the treatment has come since then. |

It is sad too. He was so active during the 80s and 90s, so energetic. Obviously he will be remembered best for the Back To The Future trilogy, and Family Ties. I got to hand it to Tracy, his wife, she keeps hanging in there with him. I wonder if his kids will get into acting too? if they haven't already.

However, not to seem mean when I say this, but WHO else would want him in his condition anyway? So yes, since she loves him dearly, sure she's hanging in there. |
