He and Tom Kennedy were great as a host-announcer team on "You Don't Say" on NBC in the '60s.

He also was the announcer for the 70s incarnation of Password on ABC and the short-lived Jeopardy revival that was hosted by Art Fleming. He was the second oldest surviving game show announcer behind Johnny Gilbert.
