In the episode 'Michael's Big Fall'.
They don't say the actual grades he got on his report card. J.J. And Thelma acted like he got D's and F's. But I think he just got a couple of B's and C's. People tend to exagerrate when a person who get's straight A's doesn't get them. Even people who got horrible grades like J.J. are shocked!
