I can think of two standouts:

Jerry Paris (Happy Days) - directed 192 consecutive episodes across 8 seasons
Richard L. Bare (Green Acres) - directed 166 consecutive episodes across 6 seasons

The keyword is consecutive, i.e. uninterrupted. Are there any more that you can think of with 100+ episodes or higher than the ones already mentioned?

I believe James Burrows holds this record for directing every single episode of "Will & Grace", which produced 194 episodes.

David Trainer directed 199 of That ‘70s Show 200 episodes, missing only the pilot. So 199 in a row.

IMDB credits Ozzie Nelson as director of 424 out of 436 Ozzie and Harriet episodes. They only list ten other directing credits, the earliest in Season 11.
