Did you ever get angry and upset when either you or someone that your rooting for loses at something ? I was watching Survivor and Amber won. I was pissed and was hoping for Rupert to win , but he got voted off. I went crazy and yelled profanities as I heard Amber won.
Did this ever happen to you? |

sure, but in the grand scheme of things it doesn't do you any good getting all worked up about it.
of course as a long time Vancouver Canucks fan, I've grown accustomed to less-than stellar results and continual let downs, even when they have a good team. They say losing builds character, makes you face your shortcomings and focus on the areas where you can improve and become better. I don't know how that translates to watching your favorite reality star getting kicked off the show, but there's always another season or show. |

I know how you feel. I've always hated the feeling of competition, even as a kid. I get nervous at the thought of losing. When the Patriots, Red Sox or my political candidate is down to the wire, I pace like crazy. I've even got in my car and gone for a ride when a game is on. I love winning.

Particularly when watching sports I feel like that. But I try not to let it get the best of me if they lose. I'll just ponder it for a while and move on.

I'll just yell "Wait until next time!"
and let life move on.

As they say, fan is short for fanatic.
Not that I would know anything about that....
