Default bfs/gfs so far

i just finished season 4 - i am not sure how far i got when the show originally aired, but i had gotten at least to the point where mary sorta left the show after jessica made some questionable posings.

mary really came into her own this season. she seems prettier to me, this season, but maybe it is because i like her growth in her maturity. mary has definitely become a lot more interesting, because we are getting to see a depth of character this season.

it looks like it ended with matt and heather getting married from a justice of the peace ? but they never said for sure - a season ending cliffhanger - LOL

anyways, the bfs for mary and lucy have all just been TERRIBLE - none of them even grab me for a second.

while i like heather and shana, i do not like matt with them. i like the character of matt, but not the way they make him appear so dorky with these 2 - i dont really think i am seeing the real matt

the only relationship that i really like is simon and deena - gosh, that is so tender and real. at this point, deena is getting ready to move to new york, so i guess they are writing her off the show. she probably is not able to continue ?

i can really put myself in the middle, and feel for them - that is what good acting and good material is supposed to do !!

i am gonna miss this interaction, if deena indeed is gone from the show

the rest of the "love affairs" really seem more like dumb soap opera romances

the girl in the white wedding dress is another dumb choice for matt - matt simply isnt that childish - it is not believable

i really like this mike guy, for lucy - finally a nice credible guy for her

just finished season 5

1) i did not like the way they ended things with deena. not really believeable to me.

2) i see zero connection between jeremy and lucy. probably because jeremy is not a good actor. whenever people seem to be not in sync, it is usually because of their acting ability. mike is unbelievably real, and someone that lucy would really be attracted to. so her choosing jeremy over mike, again does not seem believable to me

3) mary loves robbie, and robbie loves mary. this whole thing with robbie feeling like he cant live there, if something doesnt work out - also not very believable. eric and annie are not gonna throw him out on the street, unless he did something intentionally harmful - which robbie is not gonna do, with his changed character. i never saw the mary and wilson relationship - so if they have her running back to new york with him - wont be believable for me.

4) i havent made up my mind yet about matt and cheryl. i can see a possible connection, though - at least at this point. and i think it is real. cheryl feels that matt is "too good" for her, and that makes believable sense, when you look at the lives they have led. i at least get why she might feel that way.

i like the character of ruthie - they use her to point out the obvious, when no one else will admit to it !!

she thinks that lucy should be with mike and mary with robbie !!

they have made the character of mike so good that what the heck girl wouldnt like him ?? the only thing that is not believable is that lucy would not have gone for him from the first.

and mary and robbie have a deep love for one another, even if they are still both growing up, themselves.

a love that mary never had for wilson - i knew that from day 1 !!

the character of lucy is really becoming nauseous to me, and quite unbelievable. and her boyfriend material is just dumb.

mary has some real depth to her character - it is believable. they have lucy acting with the maturity of a 3rd grader. no knock on beverly, as an actress.

but i betcha dollars to donuts she had some real issues with what she was asked to act !!

i like the overall show a lot, but the bf/gf part of the show is by far the weakest writing. what were they trying to do ? show how many boys the 2 girls could kiss ?

i am into the 8th season - and the show is still quite good

while matt and mary are not in the show that much any more, there is 1 other person now, besides deena, that i really like

and it is not kevin, even though i have quite a bit of like for him

it is peter. while he is not quite a bf yet for ruthie, i think that both he and deena, are of exceptional quality - 2 people that a parent would be ecstatic to have their child settle down with

what i find interesting is that these 2 people are exceptional at very young ages !!

Did you know that then guy who plays Jamie from the Blue Bloods show is the guy that portrayed Lucy's season 4 boyfriend named Andrew Nayloss?

God bless you and him always!!!

Holly

P.S. I love to watch him on Blue Bloods.

^^^ I don't blame you, but yeah, if you love 7th Heaven, I think that you'll like Blue Bloods. What the two shows have in common besides actor Will Estes of course is that each episode has a lesson in it.

God bless you and Will always!!!

i do tend toward liking shows with lessons, or something to think about, as opposed to just entertainment that comes and goes in a blink of an eye !!
