I got a notice from my landlady that a child crisis center called Providence House wants to buy the area where I'm renting! They'll be at the house on Wednesday Afternoon...I may have to clean-up.

Should I be that worried?

Well, the fact that your landlord is showing the property, means she is interested in selling. I'd talk to her, first, ask her if you should be looking for another apt. She should be able to tell you her plans. Good Luck!

I cleaned as much as I could in a short time...I'm a guy, I'm not Felix Unger!

But Providence House has seen worse and will give us an update as soon as the end of this week!
