Is the two part Family Ties episode entitled "My Name is Alex" available on video?

According to the Family Ties Available On Home Video part of this site, that episode doesn't appear to be listed on any of the tapes. If you want, you can sign my petition to bring Happy Days, Silver Spoons, Family Ties and I Dream Of Jeannie to VHS and DVD Petition and make a comment to bring that episode of Family Ties to VHS and DVD.
