Thank-you for this information. I certainly hope that he and his contributions to NBC are included.

Sad Nada!

Over the loud objections of my kids, I watched this Bob Hope special, and while it was funny and interesting, there was nothing of Freddie in it!

Wink Don't know about that....

I bet there were outtakes like crazy when Freddie was on! The way Bob Hope would crack up at things his co-stars did that were in the script, can you imagine how he would have laughed at a practical joker like Freddie?! I can see Freddie messing up on purpose just to make a respected comic legend laugh!

I think it is shameful that they left Freddie out.

During one of the segments where Kelsey Grammar was speaking there was a photo of Freddie and Bob in back of him, off to the right a little down by his knees....at least they included Freddie in that way...

Shoot, I missed that! But I was online chatting , keeping another Freddie fan updated on whether she needed to wrestle the TV away from her kids (like I had to do) in case Freddie came on, so I wasn't looking at the screen every minute! I have seen a photo--was this the one?--with Bing Crosby in it as well, where he and Bob Hope are dressed as Canadian Mounties, and Freddie is between them, in a fur hat and coat like a trapper or something. He looked really gorgeous, and I can just hear him speaking in his French accent for that part--Mmmmm!

I still haven't watched the tape we taped of it but I did forward thru it to look for the pic of Freddie. I saw it & tried to take pics of it with my digital camera. I put up on the Freddie Prinze Fan club the few pics that came out okay. Sorry they were so blurry but I couldn't get them to take any better.

Thanks! Sorry they were so blurry but it refused to get them any clearer. At least it'll let folks know what pic was shown on there...
