Later on, the then-Fiz president was fired and the censors were replaced. The new president and censors found this episode suitable for broadcast. I find this ironic considerations how shortly after this episode aired, Ellen Degeneres made history by coming out on TV and her than Tv character did the same. If She and her character came out sooner, I wonder if the old Fox president and old censors would have objected.
