Default What characters would you like to be (or not be) in different shows

I hope this post does not get cited or removed. It is similar to a different one though not exactly. I don't know if there is another precisely like it.
It just gave me an idea to ask everyone about what character they would like to be in a sitcom or any TV show. Name more than one TV show and more than one character, even mention characters you would not like to be like.
Real people or cartoon characters. Even think about shows you may not particularly be fond of, but can imagine yourself as someone, or maybe not. It sounds like an interesting discussion.

When I was a kid I sometimes pretended to be a certain character , or be like a certain character on TV. I guess this is very common but probably also in people who are not kids anymore.

Pick any TV show and explain why you like certain characters and would like to be like them, or who you find preferable to other characters etc etc. Don't be afraid to consider a female character even if you are male and vice versa.

I'll start:

In All In The Family (a show that I never particularly liked, though I really thought some episodes were funny) , I definitely would not want to be like Edith or Gloria, or Archie. Edith is too much a victim of Archie's domination and does not know it. Gloria is oftentimes a whiny overgrown kid and annoying. Archie is too hostile toward everyone (even though I would like to be like him in terms of being in charge of the household).
I think I would best want to be like Mike even though I disagree a lot with his politics. The one reason why is because it seemed that Mike was academically intelligent and goes to school and is good at math.

In Gilligan's Island, I would not want to be like Ginger . She is mainly just there for the kind of laughs that a glamorous woman gets because she tries to seduce the guys. I would not want to be like Mary Ann, though she is preferable to Ginger. Mary Ann is just like a poor child who envies the popular girl (Ginger). I would not like to be like the Skipper, though I can envy being the person in charge of everything. He is very much just a fat clown. I would not like to be Mr Howell, he is such a spoiled rich man. I would not want to be his wife. She is more devoted to her husband than he to her . I would rather be like Gilligan though he is not too bright . Though he gets in trouble, he is young and agile and can take care of himself.
Overall I rather be the Professor. He is the one who usually has all the answers and knows how to scientifically solve problems.

In The Beverly Hillbillies,I think I would most want to be like Granny for the reason that it would be great to be so strong and energetic when you are in your 60s and older . Ellie Mae is too much of an unsophisticated country girl. Jethro , though I admire his physical strength, is not interesting enough. Jed seems to be a mostly dull character.

In I Dream of Jeannie , it would be great to have Jeannie powers, but she is too reliant on her master and not free. I would not want to be such a character. I rather be her master or Major Healey, though that is just comparatively.

In The Monkees, ultimately I would want to be the most talented musician rather than just the heart throb, so I would not want to be Davy . I rather be Peter or Mike. Mickey is talented but too much of a clown and i don't think I could always be funny.

In The Munsters, I think Lilly is actually stronger than Herman, so it would not be bad to be a character like her, but I also would like being the only child like Eddie. Ultimately I think I would like to be like Grandpa because he can make magic potions and disappear at will.

Please Don't Eat The Dasies, I actually identified a teeny bit with Trevor and Tracy because my brother and I were twins. It is mainly ha harder for me to identify with Buffy and Jody of Family Affair.

I will add more as I think them up.

Anyone else?
