Friends now on MTV and no announcement made?

I just found out today MTV is currently airing Friends 6PM-8PM weekdays and weekends. I don't know why there hasn't been announcement on news for acquisitions. Do most of the Viacom networks acquire whenever shows they want without notice? |

Checking on the tvguide and now updated zap2it, it's currently not airing on MTV. I wonder if Nick@Nite will expire Friends by next month Sept 2017 as that said in contract announced in 2005. Or will they renew the deal?
