Doug
In 1991 Nickelodeon launched Nicktoons and one of the first Nicktoons to debut of the series was Doug and it was created by Jim Jenkins and was one of the most popular cartoons of Nickelodeon but Doug became more popular when Disney bought the series and aired it on ABC's Saturday morning lineup and because of this Doug merchandise was seen in Disney Stores and Doug even made his movie debut with the movie Doug's 1st Movie. It is so amazing that Doug was one of the most popular Nicktoons that really made Nickelodeon the top channel for cartoons at the time and is one of the funniest cartoons ever made in the 90's

I STILL see Doug more as a Nickelodeon cartoon rather than a Disney cartoon...despite getting more recognition when it was owned by Disney...
