Default Ever have trouble deciding what TV shows you should buy?

If you only have a certain amount of money to spend , do you have trouble deciding what shows you want? This is happens to me sometimes. I will walk into a local DVD store looking for my favorite shows or "new" classic shows to try , and I will see about 10 or more shows I like. It then becomes very difficult to decide which ones to buy. Has this ever happened to you before?

Oh yes, very much-- especially at the Wal-Mart in Simpsonville. If I had Netflix, I'd rent out what I wanted to try, and if I liked it, purchase; if not, all I was out was the rental fee per month. Unfortunately, I have not had Netflix lately, and as such, have had to resort to blind purchases to see whether certain older series clicked with me; some have, some haven't.

I don't want it to sound like I'm bragging but for the most part I already own all that I want (that's available) with the exception of a few new releases and pricey sets like Carol Burnett Lost Episodes and Barnaby Jones.

I still want:
Newhart (season 8 when it's released)
Diff'rent Strokes (season 5 when released)
Carol Burnett Lost Episodes set
Barnaby Jones: complete series
The Love Boat (season 3 when released)
The Colby's: complete series
